Task Force Spearhead is the travel team of the Chicago Airsoft Association.

Spearhead itself has no official leadership structure or membership roster, but rather exists so that when different personnel from our member teams wish to travel outside of our Chicagoland area of operations for a large scale game, they can do so together under one unit. CAA personnel coordinate who may be planning to attend a Spearhead designated event, and leadership and structure are discussed among the persons that are attending and decisions are made within the group for the duration of the event.

CAA Members that choose to represent the CAA at games outside the Chicagoland area of operation are awarded a SPEARHEAD Tab patch in recognition for their honorable representation of the CAA to outside organizations.

When an event is designated as a SPEARHEAD event, a CAA Team Board Member that is also a SPEARHEAD Tab holder, is designated as the event leader, and is responsible for the CAA membership at that event. The SPEARHEAD event leader may then issue awards in accordance with CAA standards at the event.
