Op Ace of Spades is a comprehensive tactical sport senario that is focused on combat simulation victory over objectives, wheras the game is specifically scripted for two squads or opposing forces to contest one specific objective at a time with a clear winner of the mission or objective by one squad or another...
which sounds easy...
But it is not. Op Ace of Spades, and the CAA are proud to bring you a level of choreography and forthought that gives teams the ability to plan in a tactical manner, but forces the team to be reactive to outside stimuli. Ace of Spades is a very lightly map driven event and instead focuses on the squad and squad leaders ability to react to command via radio and changing circumstances.
This game also has specific uniform requirements that must be adhered to as people that do not adhere to the rules come game day will not be allowed onto the field.
Ace of Spades is an open game series held as close to the beginning of April every year that we can possibly schedule it.

Op Black & Tan is a tactical sport game that focuses on team land navigation skills and the ability to accomplish objectives (finding points and completing missions) with a very loose overhead command structure but a strong squad level team function.
Teams and by default squads are awarded points depending on their ability to function as a team and stick together while taking the least amount of casualties possible, which leads to a game where stealth is encouraged, but never fully achieved. Missions are assigned at random throughout all squads so no portion of this game is choreographed or planned, and instead a dynamic, entire field of play game unfolds.
Op Black & Tan also features a long sleve t shirt that is part of your uniform upon pre-registration. One side gets a black shirt, one side gets a tan shirt, loaded with insignia and artwork... and that is effectively your uniform for the day.
Op Black & Tan was concieved due to an outcry in the CAA for a test of teamwork, and it will happen around the beginning of October every year.
